Description

Just over 18 months ago, Zeno IT began working with Kimberley Diamonds after having been recommended to them to help sort out their I.T. issues. This wasn’t just a simple case of I.T. management, Zeno IT have completely overhauled the entire I.T. infrastructure.

During the time that they have worked with Kimberley Diamonds, Zeno IT have replaced the server, converted the company from being fully desktop to being fully laptop, provided VPN access from anywhere in the world to create wireless access that they didn’t have before and have provided onsite terminal service with offsite backup.

In addition, Zeno IT have helped with upgrading the internet and have helped solve general issues with users and computers.

Description

South Pacific Private is a treatment centre on Sydney’s Northern Beaches. They specialise in the integrated medical, psychiatric and psychotherapeutic treatment of addictions and mood disorders.

As the facility and operations had grown the I.T. infrastructure had become adhoc and had reached capacity in both licensing and hardware capacity, as well as becoming costly to troubleshoot and resolve issues.

On first investigation, Zeno discovered that there too many different desktops running a wide variety of Office and Windows versions that were lacking in consistent configuration.

The Zeno engineers created and mapped out a standard network and desktop solution across the organisation and introduced a terminal server for a more streamlined operation.

And, in order for the facility to meet with Government and Department of Health requirements, Zeno assisted with compliance by providing I.T. procedures and documentation.

Landscape & Horticultural Supply

Description

Australian Native Landscapes (ANL) have a long history or providing innovation and care in the horticultural industry. Having been involved in many of Sydney’s major landscaping projects, the company has grown, both in size and in the products and services it offers over a successful 40 year period. With operations in 16 offices across metro and regional Australia, they are one of Australia’s best known companies in the garden supply industry.

Prior to working with Zeno IT, their main Enterprise Resource Planning system was very slow and there was a lack of communication and accountability from their previous I.T. service provider. With branch office access very slow, poorly designed overall network architecture and an expensive and ineffective solution provided by telcos, ANL’s I.T. infrastructure was impacting the business operations.

The Zeno IT engineers worked collaboratively with the ERP software vendor to find a solution to the slow access and were able to jointly design a new, much faster system.

The software vendor was actually surprised by how efficiently the software operates across the big, multi-site business now recommend Zeno IT to their customers.
